The vita plus+ gluten-free quinoa flour has a typical characteristic quinoa taste, which is slightly nutty and pleasant on the palate. It is bright and pure in color. When baking, the flour of the South American fruit behaves similarly to buckwheat flour, coconut flour or teff flour. Like the flours mentioned, it is gluten-free and therefore cannot be used as a complete substitute for bread grains such as wheat, rye, spelled or barley.
